Updated Cancellation Policy for Summer 2023 and Winter 2023/2024
Our cancellation conditions according to our 
General Terms and Conditions are valid.
Refund warranty: We guarantee you a FREE SHORT-TERM CANCELLATION within 14 days before arrival up to the day of arrival if:
- arrival to and departure from Austria cannot be guaranteed during your travel period due to closure of the borders
- your country of origin issues a travel warning/classification as a virus variant area for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis / Tyrol / Austria, which affects your travel period and the associated quarantine obligations on the return journey, which cannot be circumvented by the status vaccinated, recovered or tested
- your home country is classified as high-risk area quarantine is required when arriving in Austria
- an official closure of hotels is ordered
- an official closure of cable cars is ordered
All down payments will be reimbursed in full (no voucher).
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, especially now. In case of illness, including COVID-19, you and your next of kin are covered by the Europäischen travel insurance.
