• All apartment prices are in EURO for the searched number of persons.
• Our apartments are self-catering. No meals included.
• The price includes the overnight stay in the apartment.
• Including the statutory VAT and final cleaning.
• Excluding local tax and ski/snowboard locker (in winter) and Super. Summer. Card. (in summer).

• Local Tax:
  3.70 EUR per person per day for those 15 years of age and older for the duration of the stay
  
• Ski and Boot Depot (winter only):
  10.00 EUR per depot a day (2 pairs of ski/snowboards) for the duration of your stay

• Super. Summer. Card. (summer only):
  6.50 EUR per night and person for those born in 2009 or older for the duration of your stay

  3.25 EUR per night and person for children (born between 2010 and 2018) for the duration of your stay

  Toddlers and babies born 2019-2025 free of charge

• One-Time Intermediate Cleaning (optionally bookable):
  1-Room Apartment: 50 EUR
  2-Room Apartment: 70 EUR
  3-Room Apartment: 80 EUR

Winter:

• hotel ski taxi to the cable car station Sunday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. or a walk of 10 minutes - a walk of 7 minutes back to the hotel through the pedestrian area
• 140 m² sauna area with Finnish sauna, new arolla tree saunarium, infrared cabin, cold water pool (no swimming pool!) and big relaxing zone. Including towels. Opening hours: Sunday - Friday 3:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (closed on Saturday). Access for ages 15 and up.
• 1 private parking space in front of the hotel or in the underground car park "Dorfgarage" - limited spaces (2.40-m high, 2 min by foot)
  
  

Summer:

• 1000 m² playground directly in front of the hotel: big sandpit, octopus carousel, trampoline, bikes, tricycle, go-kart, ping-pong, sun loungers to relax
• 140 m² sauna area with Finnish sauna, new arolla tree saunarium, infrared cabin, cold water pool (no swimming pool!) and big relaxing zone. Including towels. Opening hours: open one day a week (usually on Wednesday) 3:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Access for ages 15 and up.
• 1 private parking space in underground car park "Dorfgarage" (2.40-m high, 2 min by foot)

CARD. for Partner Hotel Special Price including use of cable car services in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis (excluding bike transport), daily hikers' bus between the villages Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis, Summer Fun Park Fiss*, Adventure World Serfaus*, Adventure Park Hög, children's entertainment 5 days a week at Mini & Maxi Club, guided mountain hikes and Thomas C. Brezinas Adventure Mountains (*excluding attractions with a fee)
  
  Costs for the Super. Summer. Card.:
  6.50 EUR per night and person for those born in 2009 or older for the duration of your stay
  3.25 EUR per night and person for children (born between 2010 and 2018) for the duration of your stay
  Toddlers and babies born 2019-2025 free of charge

All Year:

• high speed WiFi internet access in all apartments, wellness area and lobby
• 1 set of bedding per person (an additional set of bedding for stays more than 14 days)
• hand towels, bath towels, kitchen towels (replaced automatically once during the week), fresh towels provided more often upon request (except Sundays)

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation conditions according to our General Terms and Conditions are valid.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, especially now. In case of illness, including COVID-19, you and your next of kin are covered by the Europäischen travel insurance.
