Your apartment at Dreisonnenhof will be ready for arrival by 4:00 PM at the latest on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in is possible if the apartment has already been cleaned, but we do not guarantee an early Check-In. Check-out is at 9:30 AM at the latest. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform us by phone at +43 5476 6515. Remember to always take your key card with you when leaving the house to open the hotel entrance.

In winter, one free parking space per apartment is available directly at the hotel or in the village garage (2nd basement level, height 2.40 m). Additional parking spaces cost EUR 10.00 per day. In summer, our hotel grounds are largely car-free so that children can play safely; all cars are parked free of charge in the village garage during this time. For electric cars, we offer an e-charging station directly at the hotel with an 11kW charging capacity for a fee.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in every apartment.

To avoid waiting times on the day of departure, we ask you to pay your  bill at the reception the evening before or two days before departure. Please make the deposit in advance according to your booking confirmation to our account at Raiffeisenbank Serfaus-Fiss (IBAN: AT94 3631 5000 0002 6286).

Since our apartments are all suitable for allergy sufferers, pets are not permitted in our hotel.

We do not offer breakfast, but we offer a daily bread delivery service. Order by 2:00 PM the day before from varieties such as bread rolls, Kornspitz, or croissants. Delivery takes place by 7:30 AM directly to your apartment door.

Bed linen is included in the price and is changed once for stays of more than 14 days. Fresh hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided automatically after 3 to 4 days (except Sundays). On request and for an extra charge, a more frequent change or intermediate cleaning is possible.

For your laundry, we offer a washing machine (10.00 EUR per cycle) and a dryer (5.00 EUR), each with a 6.5kg capacity. Alternatively, drying racks are available for drying clothes outdoors.

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a barbecue, which you can use in the hotel playground area. Charcoal can be purchased at the local supermarket. There are also free public barbecue areas in the region, such as Rabuschl (Fiss) or Hög (Serfaus).

In winter, the sauna is open free of charge from Sunday to Friday (03:30 PM - 08:30 PM). In summer, we open it once a week on request (usually Wednesdays). Facilities include a Finnish sauna, bio-stone pine saunarium, and infrared cabin. Access from 15 years. Bathrobes can be rented for 10.00 EUR at the reception.

Our 1,000 m² outdoor playground (summer) offers a trampoline, table tennis, pedal cars, and a carousel. Inside, a children's playroom is available around the clock. Additionally, the region offers the Indoor Arena Fiss and the PlayIn world in Serfaus.

Nearby you will find Lake Hög in Serfaus (3 km) or Lake Ried (7 km). For indoor pools, we recommend the Kaunertal Center (21 km), the Silvretta Therme Ischgl (56 km), or the Aqua Dome (68 km). In Fiss, some hotels such as the Fisserhof or the Schlosshotel offer Day Spa options.

There is no ski and boot room at Dreisonnenhof. Instead, you use our depots directly at the cable car stations (Depot Schönjoch 2, open daily 06:00 AM - 09:00 PM). A depot for 2 pairs of skis costs 10.00 EUR per day. You will receive the access card at check-in; the depot must be cleared on the morning of departure.

Yes, during the winter season, our free hotel ski taxi runs from Sunday to Friday between 08:15 AM and 09:30 AM directly from the hotel parking lot to the cable car.

The hotel is secured with a modern system. The detectors in the kitchens are very sensitive to smoke. Please always use the extractor hood when cooking and open a window if necessary. Detectors must not be touched or deactivated independently.

In Fiss, you will find Dr. Stefan (general practitioner, +43 5476 60660) and Dr. Stengg (private doctor, +43 5476 6090), both with an in-house pharmacy. ATMs are located at Raiffeisenbank and Volksbank in the village center, as well as at the cable car station and MPreis. In emergencies, dial 144 (ambulance) or 141 (medical emergency service).

Apartments are only permitted for the registered number of persons (including babies). Specific room numbers or floors cannot be promised bindingly. We recommend taking out Hotelstorno Plus travel insurance to avoid costs in the event of cancellations or mountain rescues.

Stamps are available at the Fiss information office, at M-Preis, or Sport Schmid, among others. Mailboxes are located at the cable car valley station, at Hotel Bergfrieden, and at the municipal office.
