Bread Roll Service
Get a fantastic start to the day with freshly baked bread rolls delivered straight to your apartment thanks to our convenient Dreisonnenhof bread roll service. The local bakery Althaler bakes and delivers freshly baked rolls and other pastries to our hotel guests every single day. Simply choose your favourite breakfast rolls and treats and order before 2:00 p.m. via our digital guest folder. Wake up to freshly baked rolls waiting for you in front of your apartment door.
Luxury Ski- and Boot Depot
Situated directly at the mountain lifts in Fiss, guests can take advantage of the secure, LUXURY ski- and boot depot. The depot is heated and ventilated, allowing guests to safely store all their ski- or snowboarding equipment directly at the ski lifts (skis, helmets, boots, gloves, etc.) during their entire holiday. Walk home in your normal clothes and shoes without ever having to worry about carrying your heavy equipment any more.
Ski Tickets
Want to avoid standing in line to get your ski ticket on your first day up the mountain? Order your ski passes conveniently from home. The prerequisite for purchasing ski passes with SFL guest card is a mySFL account and the issuance of the digital guest card. We issue the digital guest card as soon as you have completed the online check-in. You can then collect your ski passes from the ticket machine on site at the cable cars.

The one-of-a-kind SUPER. SUMMER. CARD. for partner hotel special price enables the entire family to enjoy an extra special holiday in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region. You will receive your SUPER. SUMMER. CARD. directly from us on check-in and you can use the cable car services, the hiker's bus between the villages Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and many attractions and extras.
Cleaning Service
After 3 or 4 days in your holiday home, we offer free laundry service of hand- and bath towels, as well as kitchen towels. We do not clean the apartment during your stay. We offer an additional cleaning service of your apartment, available for booking. This entails the usual laundry service, as well as bathroom cleaning, and vacuum cleaning of the entire apartment during your stay.
Concierge Service
We are available for our guests at the reception in case of questions or wishes to sweeten your stay here with us in Fiss. We book ski courses, order tickets, give tour recommendations, advise on local attractions, make beauty- & wellness treatment appointments at our partner hotels, call taxis, or organize an airport transfers – we are here to help. We are more than happy to recommend local restaurants and make reservations.
