Arrival and Departure:
Detailed information on your way to Fiss you will find here.
Apartments and rooms are ready for check-in at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at latest. Earlier check-in is possible if the apartment or room has been cleaned and is ready for occupancy. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please call us at +43 5476 6515 and inform us of your late arrival.
We request that you vacate your apartment or room and check-out by 9:30 a.m. on your departure day.

Baby Cot:

Bathrobe:
Bathrobes are available for use for a one-time fee (EUR 10.00) at the reception desk. You can keep the bathrobe for the entire duration of your stay. Please return the bathrobe before your departure.
BBQ at the Hotel (Private):
We will gladly provide a grill for you at the hotel. You can buy charcoal or coal briquettes in the supermarket nearby. Take advantage of the seating at the hotel playground and enjoy a nice barbecue.
BBQ in the Holiday Region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis (Public):
There are 3 BBQ areas available in the region. You can use them free of charge.
Bed Linen:
Prices include bed linens. An additional set of bedding is provided for stays longer than 14 days.
Bed Wetters:
Please contact the reception desk. We are happy to provide you with a special waterproof mattress pad to protect the mattress.
Bike Garage/Storage:
You can store your bikes with us in our new bike garage for free. Please bring your own bike lock with you to secure the bike and to prevent other guests from using your equipment.
Bill:
To save you time when departing, we ask you to settle your room bill the night before you depart or two days before departure.
Booking Information:
The room or apartment is booked for the number of guests you indicate at the time of booking. Additional guests require written or telephone notification prior to arrival and you will be charged an additional fee. Children and babies are also subject to these terms.
Please understand that we cannot always guarantee specific room numbers or floors.
The floor plans are schematic and may differ.
Bread Delivery Service:
We always need to order bakery goods at the local bakery in advance. If you wish bakery goods for the day after arrival please place your order via our digital guest folder (until 2 p.m. the day before). You can also oder for more days in advance if you want. The bread rolls will be hung to your apartment door at 7:30 a.m. at latest in a bread bag.
The following types of bread rolls are available:
- Wheat Roll: EUR 0.70 each
- Whole Grain Roll: EUR 1.30 each
- Sunflower Seed Roll: EUR 1.30 each
- Soft Pretzel: EUR 2.15 each

Breakfast Buffet (no longer available):
Since the renovation and reconstruction in 2019 breakfast buffet is no longer offered.
Make use our bread delivery service directly to your apartment door. The village baker Althaler supplies our guests daily with fresh pastries and delicacies from his bakery. There are various selected varieties to choose from.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, especially in these times. In the event of illness (including your own COVID-19 infection as well as infection of close relatives), you will be covered by Europäischen Reiseversicherung. Cleaning Service:

You will receive fresh towels and kitchen towels every 3-4 days automatically (no matter if you booked cleaning service or not).

Fire Alarm System:
To protect you from danger in the event of a fire, Dreisonnenhof is equipped with a modern fire alarm system. Please note that the smoke detectors in the living areas and kitchens are very sensitive. Therefore we ask you to use the extractor hood or open a window if cooking produces even a small amount of smoke.
If the fire alarm system sounds, please do not touch the smoke detectors on the ceilings or handle them yourself. The system can only be shut off centrally by the hotel staff.

Hotel Entrance:
The hotel entrance can be opened only by your key card. Always take your key card with you when you leave the hotel.
Hotel Ski Shuttle (Winter Only):
The hotel ski shuttle is free of charge and runs Sunday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to the gondola. The ski shuttle stop is the parking area in front of Apart-Hotel Dreisonnenhof.

Internet - WiFi:
Each apartment comes with free internet. You can access the internet via WLAN (WiFi). You will receive the WiFi code upon arrival. WiFi is also available in the lobby and also reaches the hotel playground.

Key Cards:
Your electronic key card open the Dreisonnenhof entrance at any time. The sauna entrance can be opened from 2:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. in winter. Please do not bend the key card or place it next to cell phones or TVs.

Laundry:
You can wash your laundry yourself in our new laundry room.
A large washing machine and dryer with 6.5 kg each are available for our guests. Alternatively to the dryer, you can also borrow a laundry rack (we will provide it) if you prefer drying your laundry outdoors. If you wish to wash your clothes by colours, please note that every washing process will be charged separately.

The lift accesses only some floors of our apartment directly: No. 5, No. 6, No. 10 and No. 13. For the access to all other apartments you have to take one mezzanine staircase (up or down).

Parking:
Winter:
In winter all cars park directly in front of Apart-Hotel Dreisonnenhof. Please park your car centred in front of one of the parking space numbers.
Summer:
In summer we offer our guests parking spaces in the town car park (2.40-m high, 2 min by foot, 2nd lower level) free of charge. We will give you a parking card (key card), which will give you 24-hour access to the car park.
Upon arrival, you can unload your car in front of Dreisonnenhof After unloading you need to move your car to the town car park, so the parking space is empty for the children to ride bikes etc.
Pets:
Our apartments are suitable for people with allergies. Therefore pets are not permitted at our hotel.
Pharmacies:
All doctors in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis have an in-house supply of the most common medications.
Playground for Children (Private):
The playground is located directly in front the hotel and can be used by guests free of charge. The large 1,000-m² playground has a variety of equipment including bikes, three-wheeled cruisers, a go-cart, tricycles, a large sandbox, octopus carousel, trampoline, table tennis, and much more.

Reception Desk:
The reception desk is staffed daily. If you have questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can reach us by telephone also from your apartment.

Safe:
Your apartment comes with its own safe to protect your valuable belongings. Instructions for the safe are found in the guest information folder in the apartment or on the safe itself. Please contact us if you have problems programming the code or opening the safe.
Sauna Area:
Winter:
The sauna area with Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, infrared cabin, cold-water pool (no swimming pool!) and a large relaxation room is open in the winter Sunday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Our guests may use the sauna area free of charge. Guests 15 years of age and older may use the sauna area.
Summer:
One visit per week to the sauna area is available (usually on Wednesday). Please inquire at the reception desk.
Ski and Boot Depot at the Cable Cars:
Ski and boot depots are available for use by guests of all apartments and rooms. They are located directly at the gondolas. The depots are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They are open on for night skiing and night tobogganing.
You will receive the access card for your depot when you check in. It can be used immediately. Please remove all personal belongings from the ski and boot depot no later than the morning of your departure (even if you plan to go skiing) and return the access cards at the reception desk when you check out. The ski depots must be empty and available for newly arriving guests.
Costs:
EUR 6.00 per depot a day (2 pairs of ski/snowboards)

Ski and Boot Storage in the Hotel:
At Dreisonnenhof there is no ski and boot storage available. In general, you should keep your equipment at the ski and boot depot located at the gondolas for the duration of your stay, as this is much more convenient. In case you pick up your skis already before your day of departure you need to store your skis and boots in your car.
Smoking Ban:
We ask that you not smoke in our apartments and rooms. You may smoke on the balcony or terrace.

Please keep in mind the driving ban in Serfaus. You must park your car at the village entrance.

Make use of the telephone in the apartment to contact the reception desk. It is not possible to make long-distance calls.
Travel Insurance:
No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything might happen before you set off. To avoid unnecessary expenses in case of cancellation and helicopter rescue in the mountains we recommend protecting yourself with the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance of “Europäische Reiseversicherung”. All information on the insurance product Hotel Cancellation Plus (information sheet, specifications including conditions, conduct in the event of damage), rights of withdrawal, possibility of complaints and data use of Europäische Reiseversicherung AG can be found here.

Taking out Insurance: We would be glad to take out the insurance for you. Alternatively, you can also take out the insurance yourself on the website of Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Towels and Kitchen Linen:
Hand towels, bath towels and kitchen linen will be exchanged every three to four days (for bookings that begin on Saturday, on Tuesday or Wednesday). Replacement towels and fresh bed linen are available more often upon request (except Sundays) with surcharge.

Waste Separation:
For hygienic reasons, we ask you to separate your waste and bring it for disposal to the containers daily. Please do not keep any waste on the balcony. The containers for waste disposal are located in the waste room just outside of the hotel.
